First Day back now from the Speciality and Fine Food Fair at Olympia which everyone thought that it busier than previous years. However for us, it was the first year being there. We were pleased with our stand which did not take too long to put together. We were at stand 21 and all the exhibitors around us were mostly start-ups like us. so we felt close to each other and mostly helped each other out throught the 3 days. This was the first time we showed the finished product "Saffron Olive Oil" and we had great response from almost everyone that visited our stand. We got some great contacts to follow up and some imidiate sales. We also need to send out quite a few samples in the next few days to mainly Restaurant owners and Chefs that seem to be extreemly intrested in this product. The main reason for the Chef's intrest was that it was going to make their life so much easier when using Saffron.
Overal we were happy and thanks to the organizers for a great event that went without any issues what so ever. Please have a look at the stand.
